Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Supporting filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding financial assets
• Communicating with various departments regarding regulatory changes
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
• Performing special projects and other administrative tasks as necessary
• Checking AP/AR with internal departments and vendors
• Supporting administrative tasks, including onboarding laptop setup and internal portal support

Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting (financial & tax) or a related field
• Experience with accounting software and data entry
• Work experience with SAP or similar software
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Analytical skills
• Korean-English bilingual proficiency
