Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA within 1–2 years preferred.
• College students within 2 semesters of graduation in Accounting/Finance considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements.
• Perform branch audit evaluations.
• Assemble bank reconciliations and account schedules.
• Prepare journal entries, expense accruals and allocations.
• Support month-end closing processes.
• Assist with accounting policies and procedures questions.
• Analyze income statement fluctuations.
• Suggest process improvements and cost-saving ideas.
• Maintain financial records and assist reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• May handle T&E reports and tax-related coding.
