Enterprise Mobility, headquartered near Bettendorf, IA, seeks an Accountant to execute accounting procedures leading to financial statements and analysis. You will contribute to month-end close and budgeting while coordinating with sales, HR, risk, and real estate teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and pursue CPA within 1–2 years.

Proficiency in Excel/Word and a valid driver’s license are required; relocation flexibility offered. 18+ and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Plan to attain CPA within 1–2 years (flexible).
• College students within 2 semesters of graduation in Accounting or Finance considered.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Relocation flexibility to pursue career growth.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions on record within the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements as part of daily accounting tasks.
• Perform branch audit evaluations
• Prepare journal entries, expense accruals and allocations
• Assist in month-end closing process in a timely manner
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with other departments and provide cost-saving ideas
• Manage financial records and assist in reporting
