• Responsible for US accounting and taxes.
• Handle accruals, journal entries, reconciliation, and month-end closing tasks.
• Prepare tax documents including partnership and corporate taxes.

Salary: P550 per hour

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting in US setting
• Experienced in Bookkeeping Experienced in using QuickBooks Online
• Advanced in using Excel Background in US GAAP

Nice to have:

• CPA is preferred

What will you do?

• Will be responsible for US accounting and taxes
• Will be responsible for accruals, journal entries, reconciliation, and month end closing tasks
• Will be responsible for bookkeeping tasks
• Will be responsible for Tax Preparation (ie. partnership, government, corporate, etc)
• Can build SOPs
• Experience in building scalable chart of accounts for a company
• Responsive during US hours and comfortable on camera
