Responsibilities

• Prepare and post general ledger entries and accruals.
• Close month-end and year-end procedures.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze variances against budget or forecast.
• Investigate discrepancies and unusual transactions.
• Monitor daily cash transactions and forecast cash balances.
• Maintain supporting documentation for all entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist with tax filings and other regulatory reporting requirements.
