Job summary

Talent4Health LLC seeks an Accountant to support Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians' financial operations under the controller. The role includes monthly close tasks, journal entries, and GL maintenance in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Requirements include 1–3 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Shift is 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, 40 hours weekly, in Boston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements, including accruals and cash for month-end close.
• Upload standard monthly entries into the general ledger and prepare supporting documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of journal entries to support P&L statements.
• Maintain HMFP chart of accounts and set up new accounts as needed.
• Set up new vendors in accordance with HMFP policies.
