Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Extensive Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience with accounts payable and month-end close.
• CPA or MPA qualification preferred.
• Experience with JDE systems.

Responsibilities

• Check for open receipts from vendors.
• Voucher internal vendor invoices.
• Assist AP clerks with external invoices.
• Weekly bank reconciliations.
• Process netting and Nordea payments for internal vendors monthly.
• Inter-company balancing at month-end.
• Month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Expense coding of Amex and Concur.
• Financial reporting into Tagetik.
• Fixed Assets and IFRS Lease Accounting.
• Assist in audit data gathering and quarterly/year-end activities.
• Other duties and analysis as assigned.
