AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking an Accountant to support plant accounting and financial operations for a global manufacturing client. The role may be based in Appleton, WI or Haltom City, TX, with hybrid work after 90 days.

You will handle financial analysis, GL, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and operational reporting in a manufacturing setting. A Bachelor’s in accounting and ERP/Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Manufacturing, plant, or inventory accounting experience; manufacturing internship or co-op experience will be considered.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support plant accounting operations through financial analysis, general ledger activities, account reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Analyze plant expenses and manufacturing and production variances.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for month-end close.
• Assist with budget-to-actual analysis and operational financial reporting.
• Review purchase orders and provide financial information and analysis to plant management.
• Support inventory cycle counts, audit activities, and other plant accounting requirements.

• Our client, a well-established global manufacturing company, is seeking an Accountant to support plant accounting and financial operations. This position may be based in either Appleton, WI or Haltom City, TX, in the Fort Worth area.
• The Accountant will support financial analysis, general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and operational reporting within a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, strong Excel and ERP skills, and manufacturing, plant, or inventory accounting experience. Manufacturing internship or co-op experience will be considered.

Compensation

• Base salary in the 65k - 75k/year range
• 6% bonus opportunity
