Job summary

HS-Technik GmbH sucht eine motivierte Buchhaltungsfachkraft zur Unterstützung der Finanzabteilung in Deutschland. Sie bearbeiten Haupt- und Nebenkonten, unterstützen die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und koordinieren den Zahlungsverkehr. DATEV-Kenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Fundierte DATEV-Kenntnisse (Buchhaltung & Lohnabrechnung).
• Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil.
• Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel.

Responsibilities

• Kontierung von Forderungen/Verbindlichkeiten, Hauptbuch, Anlagenbuchhaltung mit DATEV.
• Bearbeitung aller Geschäftsvorfälle ordnungsgemäß.
• Monatliche Steuer- und Jahresabschlusserstellung unterstützen.
• Koordination und Durchführung von Zahlungsverkehr.
• Allgemeine Organisationsaufgaben und Bürotätigkeiten.
• Heftige Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit DATEV durchführen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Planung und Vertrieb.
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.

Tasks

• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Asset Accounting with DATEV
• Proper processing of all business transactions
• Preparation and Submission of Monthly Tax Returns
• Coordination and Execution of Payment Transactions
• General organizational tasks and office duties
• Do-It-Yourself Payroll Processing with DATEV
• Close collaboration with scheduling and sales
• Assistance with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Requirements

• Completed business training, ideally with additional training as an accountant
• In-depth knowledge of DATEV (accounting and payroll)
• Professional experience in a similar position is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• An independent, structured, and conscientious approach to work
• Team spirit, reliability, and discretion
