Job summary

Cinter Career Services, LLC seeks an Accountant – Japanese Bilingual to join our Irving, TX team. The role is hybrid (2 days in office) with standard M-F hours and full benefits, supporting A/P, A/R, and G/L in SAP.

Fluency in English and Japanese is required to communicate with internal teams and Japan headquarters. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Accounting (or related field) and 2–3 years of accounting experience, plus strong Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general accounting experience.
• Business-level English and Japanese communication.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate A/P, A/R, and G/L transactions in SAP.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining records.
• Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
• Process accounting transactions using SAP and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and General Ledger (G/L) transactions before processing in SAP.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
• Process accounting transactions using SAP and related accounting systems.
• Maintain accounting documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives as required.
