Job summary

Mezzo Technologies is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead complex accounting activities, ensure GAAP compliance, and support financial reporting for management decisions. The role emphasizes internal controls, process improvements, and collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 4–6 years of experience, with CPA preferred. A dynamic, high-growth environment and strong leadership are expected.

Key Responsibilities

Leads complex accounting activities and supports financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Provides technical accounting expertise, mentors junior accountants, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Supports management through financial analysis, reporting, and participation in strategic accounting and operational initiatives.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline required


• 4–6 years of accounting experience


• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and internal controls


• CPA license preferred or equivalent certification


• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills


• Works under minimal supervision
