Qualifications

• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex accounting activities and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting as an Accountant III.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting financial schedules.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal control requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and analysis.
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and operational objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
• Support strategic accounting projects and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
• Serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert in the Accountant III position.
