Job Summary:

Responsible for performing accounting and finance functions, including account analysis, reconciliations, analytics, and supporting financial reporting to meet internal and external needs. Prepares audit documentation for internal and external audits and provides analysis and presentation materials as needed. Assists with regulatory reporting, such as third-party cost reports and Form 990. Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.

Job Duties:

1. Perform assigned system-wide accounting and financial analysis functions accurately and timely.
2. Support management and staff in daily accounting or financial reporting duties.
3. Ensure all work is performed in an auditable manner.
4. Identify and suggest automation and process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
5. Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to controls and policies.

Work Environment:

Typically performed in an office setting. Responsible for fulfilling all job-specific obligations and complying with organizational policies and procedures.
