Job summary

The ideal candidate has a 4-year accounting degree and at least two years of accounting experience, with healthcare experience preferred.

Job Summary:

This position is accountable for assisting the Director and Manager in maintaining the accounting books and records of the Hospital in compliance with established accounting policies and procedures. Includes the preparation of month-end journal entries, reconciliation of general ledger accounts, preparation of tax return, audit, cost report and OSHPD work papers and analysis.

Qualifications:

Education

• College Degree - 4 year In Accounting or equivalent (required)

Work Experience

• Minimum two (2) years Accounting experience (required)
• Minimum one (1) year Healthcare accounting experience (preferred)

Skills and Abilities

• Computer Skills Demonstrated proficiency in applications including ERP/general ledger, Word and Excel. And
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
