Western States Equipment Company is seeking a finance/accounting professional based in Idaho to manage fixed asset records, perform monthly close, and support tax filings and external reporting. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, Excel skills, and ERP experience.

You will contribute to the preparation of financial statements, assist with audits, and ensure adherence to internal controls while collaborating with the Controller and finance team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent work-related experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial statement analysis and/or accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP accounting software.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English).

Responsabilidades

• Tracks and updates fixed asset records, including transfers to rental fleet, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Leads monthly close processes and prepares recurring journal entries.
• Assists in annual tax filings and external reports to manufacturers and census bureaus.
• Supports quarterly/annual financial statements and audits as needed.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
