The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of three years of experience, with proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and Workday ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Ability to prepare financial and accounting records.
• Budget development and cost monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, analyze trends, costs, revenues and variances.
• Process departmental invoices for payment and manage accounts payable.
• Maintain, analyze, and report budgets; prepare periodic cost comparisons.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with university policies.
