Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of government accounting and USOA is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and record financial transactions and journal entries.
• Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Process invoices, maintain accounts receivable records, and monitor balances.
• Review supplier invoices and vendor payments; provide AP backup support.
• Support cash receipts, deposits, reconciliations, and other accounting activities.
• Identify process improvements and internal controls.
