Job summary

Tri-National Logistics LLC in Missouri is seeking an entry-level Accountant/Accounting Assistant to support the Controller and Senior Accountant. Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting is required.
• Up to 2 years of accounting experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP and PivotTables.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily banking requirements.
• Assist with monthly financial statements.
• Make monthly general ledger entries for accruals/prepayments.
• Prepare schedules and backup for annual audit.
• Understand financial reporting and GL structure.
• Complete intercompany transactions.
• Support AP transactions.
• Support AR activities including cash application and customer accounts.
• Respond to inquiries from President and VP of Finance.
