Windings, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Accountant to join our team and help keep financial information accurate, timely, and meaningful. You will work across the general ledger, reconciliations, AR, AP, payroll support, and financial reporting while partnering with others to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and journal entries.
• Prepare reconciliations and monthly schedules.
• Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support payroll processing as needed.
• Analyze financial data and improve reporting.
• Identify process improvements using ERP/tools.
