Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years in accounting/financial reporting; CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of statutory, investment, or insurance accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compile, review, analyze, reconcile, and interpret financial information for GAAP reporting.
• Prepare working papers and internal, statutory, and GAAP financial statements.
• Coordinate communication of accounting information to auditors and management.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support tax provisions and related workpapers; assist with regulatory filings.
• Assist with internal controls and cross-functional collaboration with actuaries and tax teams.
