Job summary

The QTI Group is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing tax and accounting practice. You will work directly with individual and business clients, performing tax prep, accounting, and payroll support with autonomy and professional growth potential.

The role offers flexible hours, potential for remote or hybrid work, and long-term career development. Expect 5+ years in accounting, with CPA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, tax, bookkeeping, or payroll experience.
• Experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual tax returns (1040).
• Prepare business tax returns (1065, 1120, 1120S).
• Assist clients with accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll needs.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Support year-end accounting and tax preparation activities.
• Communicate with clients regarding financial matters.
