Infopact, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Infopact, Inc. is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and professional work environment. Because this hybrid position involves the management of sensitive financial data, company assets, and proprietary intellectual property, any final share or offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check, conducted in strict accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Hawaii state law.

  • Timing of Inquiry: In strict compliance with Hawaii's "Ban the Box" laws, no background screening, criminal record inquiries, or history checks will be initiated until after a formal, conditional offer of employment has been extended to the candidate.
  • Scope & Lookback Limits: Following a conditional offer, and with your explicit consent, a background check will be conducted. In accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes § 378-2.5, criminal history inquiries are limited to convictions occurring within the past 7 years for felonies and the past 5 years for misdemeanors (excluding periods of incarceration).
  • Relevance of Records: Disqualification based on criminal history will not be automatic. Background results will be evaluated individually to determine if a direct, rational relationship exists between a past conviction (such as financial crimes, fraud, or theft) and the core responsibilities of managing company assets and data.
  • Next Steps: Candidates receiving a conditional offer will be provided a standalone legal disclosure and authorization form. Providing fraudulent information or failing to meet the background check criteria necessary for safeguarding company assets may result in the immediate withdrawal of the offer.
