Job summary

Magna is seeking a Senior Accountant to handle end-to-end AP/AR processes in a multinational Shared Service Center. You will gain hands-on experience with SAP, invoice processing, vendor management, and month-end activities across European locations.

The role requires 3-5 years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced English. You will support financial controls and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years work experience is requested.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable/Receivable end-to-end in SAP and follow company procedures.
• Monitor invoice workflow and follow up on pending items.
• Support reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
• Participate in AP/AR month-end closing and KPI reporting.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers about invoice inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Manage supplier and customer accounts; resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
