Job summary

AGM TOOLS is seeking an experienced accountant to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements using NetSuite and QuickBooks. You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, GL maintenance, and cash flow forecasting in a bilingual environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 5 years of AR/AP experience, with fluency in Spanish and English. Proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 5 yrs Accounts Receivable and 5 yrs Accounts Payable experience.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare cash flow projections and budgets.
• Reconcile daily cash flow and maintain accounting controls.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.
• Monitor inventory and handle purchasing and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Collect money.
• Compose monthly and quarterly cash flow provisions.
• Have excellent general ledger knowledge to maintain and manage all aspects of the general ledger.
• Knowledge of balance sheets
• Classification of expenses and payments.
• Closing of books
• Preparation of forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare a ledger for receipt of entries and appropriate reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly cost reports for the CEO
• Monitor and assist with Inventory
• Purchasing and invoices for suppliers and customers.
• Assist with controls for sales representatives, daily Excel report for sales.
• Insurance control and management
• Reconcile daily cash flow when making the deposit.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Sales Reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Experience

• Accounts Receivable (5yrs.)-Accounts Payable(5yrs.)-Must QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop (5yrs.)-Must be fluently Bilingual in Spanish and English.
