DSB Rock Island is seeking an Accountant for Business Services to support client accounting, bookkeeping, and business services in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or internship experience preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• CPA eligibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record transactions, maintain ledgers, and help prepare financial statements using accounting software.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and intercompany accounts.
• Assist with accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and depreciation calculations.
• Support monthly client work and respond to routine accounting needs.
• Contribute to accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-related projects as assigned.
