The Controllers Group is seeking an Accountant II for Gift Card Accounting. This individual should be highly motivated, have excellent customer service and enjoy a dynamic work environment.

A day in the life...

• Performing month-end, quarterly and annual closing activities in compliance with GAAP and Company accounting policies, including the preparation and review of the Company’s Gift Card program related journal entries, account reconciliations, ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Delivering proactive, comprehensive, and relevant analysis and insights by collaborating across Gift Card Finance and the Gift Card business teams
• Continuous improvement mindset and drive to implement efficiencies to processes and systems
• Participating in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing
• Performing ad-hoc accounting projects as directed

You own this if you have...

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle General Ledger and Essbase SmartView
