Greene Resources is seeking a Part-Time Accountant to join a growing and dynamic team! We are a commercial concrete construction company looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Accountant to join our friendly and collaborative team. This remote position offers flexible hours (15-20 hours per week) and the opportunity to support essential accounting operations for a growing construction business.

Job Description:

• Perform bookkeeping tasks and reconcile accounts regularly.
• Upload, manage, and track invoices using Bill.com.
• Generate weekly accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) reports.
• Assist in scheduling and preparing Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, including job cost tracking and backlog analysis.
• Collaborate with an external CPA twice a year for financial reviews and tax preparation.
• Prepare and compile monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Complete weekly cash flow reporting and payroll processing.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in Bill.com and accounting software.
• Familiarity with the Projects feature in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore or Buildertrend is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Professional, reliable, and effective communicator.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices (CPA license not required).
