Job summary

NDA ищет квалифицированного бухгалтера с опытом работы в области финансов и учёта. Обязанности включают ведение учёта, сверки, учет активов и запасов, обработку банковских операций и подготовку регулярной отчетности. Требуется ACCA или ее получение, глубокие знания налогового законодательства и МСФО.

Qualifications

• Высшее образование в области финансов, бухгалтерского учёта или экономики
• ACCA сертификация или на данный момент её получение
• Опыт работы бухгалтером 3–5 лет, желательно в средних или крупных компаниях
• Глубокие знания налогового законодательства Грузии и МСФО/IFRS для SMEs
• Продвинутые навыки MS Excel, включая сводные таблицы, формулы и анализ данных

Responsibilities

• Ведение и контроль документации: счета-фактуры, акты, банковские выписки в учетной системе
• Управление дебиторской и кредиторской задолженностью; подготовка периодических сверок
• Учет основных средств и запасов; участие в инвентаризациях
• Контроль за кассой и денежными операциями
• Обработка банковских переводов и учет в учетном ПО
• Подготовка ежемесячной, квартальной и годовой финансовой отчетности
• Взаимодействие с банками, аудиторами и внешними партнерами
• Расчет заработной платы и администрирование компенсаций и пенсионных взносов

Задачи

• Prepare, send, receive, check, and record primary documents, including invoices, acceptance acts, and bank statements, in the accounting software
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable and payable, and prepare periodic reconciliation statements
• Record fixed assets and inventory, and participate in inventory checks
• Monitor cash registers and cash
• Process bank transfers and record them in the accounting software
• Prepare monthly and annual tax declarations, including VAT, income, profit, and property taxes, and submit them via RS.ge
• Monitor changes to the Georgian Tax Code and ensure the company’s activities comply with them
• Liaise with tax authorities and support audits and inspections
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow
• Manage financial communications with banks, auditors, and external partners
• Calculate salaries and administer compensation packages and pension contributions

Требования

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics
• ACCA certification or currently pursuing it
• At least 3-5 years of experience as an accountant; preferably at a medium-sized or large company or an accounting outsourcing company
• In-depth knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and international financial reporting standards (IFRS/IFRS for SMEs)
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as ORIS, 1C, Apex, InfoEnterprise, Fina, or SAP
• Experience working independently and accurately with the RS.ge portal
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems quickly
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
