Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking an Accountant to support month-end close for all corporate entities in a fast-paced environment. You will handle journal entries, reconcile bank activity, and prepare balance sheet reconciliations, including cash analysis.

Primary duties include inter-company billing and assisting auditors while upholding GAAP and internal control standards. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3+ years of accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; 3+ years accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong Excel knowledge required; GAAP experience implied.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close for all corporate entities.
• Upload recurring, accruals, and other adjusting journal entries to the General Ledger.
• Reconcile daily corporate bank activity accurately and timely; prepare cash reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, including cash.
• Assist with inter-company monthly billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal and external auditors as needed; ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
