Job Summary

In this role, a Team Member will be responsible for reviewing the General Ledger (GL) and preparing journal entries. In addition, they will perform monthly reconciliations, analyze variances, and file miscellaneous taxes.

Essential Functions

• Review GL accounts and prepare necessary journal entries.
• Perform account analysis.
• Reconcile and balance GL accounts.
• Research and correct account discrepancies.
• Post monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals.
• Prepare summary of findings to be reviewed by senior staff.
• Assist with year‑end financial audits.
• Prepare and file Sales/Use, Gross Receipt, and other miscellaneous taxes.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Lawson, NetSuite, PeachTree, etc.
• Participate in special projects and handle all other assigned duties as required.
