Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (equivalent practical experience considered).
• 2–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; Digits experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple accounts.
• Maintain the general ledger and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
• Track expenses, intercompany transactions, and vendor invoices.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Maintain organized digital financial records and assist external CPAs with tax prep.
