Job summary

Mountain Management 4122 Inc. is seeking a detail-focused accounting professional to support fast-paced restaurant and food wholesale operations on-site in New York. You will handle basic accounting tasks, payroll-related paperwork, and uphold financial accuracy and security while collaborating with other departments.

Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential. English proficiency is basic but required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including basic data organization and analysis.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to financial accuracy and security.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the flexibility to work on-site with other departments as needed.
• Basic English proficiency required; spoken English is not required.
• Experience in restaurant accounting, food wholesale, inventory, or warehouse accounting is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete required payroll tax documentation.
