• Ability to work on-site and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Track project-related costs and support job costing processes.
• Partner with operations to ensure accuracy of financial data tied to production and projects.
• Assist with AP/AR processes as needed.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with internal controls.
