Pay: Up to $85,000 annually

Position Summary

• Support accounting operations through general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and production overhead.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and management to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit at a desk, operate a computer, communicate, and participate in business discussions for extended periods.
• Occasional walking through production areas to gather operational and cost information.
• Ability to read detailed financial documents and review information on computer screens.
• Occasional lifting of office supplies or materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
