Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in accounting, finance, or financial reporting.
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting concepts.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting or variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables and lookup functions.
• ERP experience; Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
