Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly and annual close processes, prepare financial statements, account analyses, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Manage accounting and reporting activities related to grants, fixed assets, capital projects, pension-related transactions, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and financial analyses to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with applicable standards.
• Assist with audits, ACFR preparation, financial reporting requirements, and implementation of accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvements.
