Job summary

First Call Hospitality, Inc is seeking an Accountant to join our Fargo, ND team. The ideal candidate will maintain financial records, assist in payroll, and support our financial health with accurate bookkeeping.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, reconciling bank statements, budgeting support, and collaborating with departments to ensure policy compliance. This role reports to the Controller and offers exposure to hotel financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an accountant or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree in Accounting or related hotel field experience is preferred.
