Job description

Location:Remote (Philippines-based applicants preferred)

We are a private real estate investment firm with a focus on multifamily assets across key U.S. markets. Since 2013, we’ve owned and managed over 3,200 units and $550M in assets. We’re a performance-driven, systems-focused team seeking an experienced Accountant to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our financial reporting and operations.

• Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform monthly reconciliations
• Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Track capital expenditures and manage cost allocations across properties
• Assist with internal audits, tax filings, and external CPA coordination
• Manage financial data entry and reporting from property management software.
• Monitor and track bank transactions, loan payments, and escrow balances
• Support investor reporting with clean, audit-ready financial data
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems and SOPs

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing to learn U.S. accounting practices and new software tools
• Bonus: Familiarity with QuickBooks or any accounting system (not required)
