Cushman & Wakefield in Missouri is seeking an Accountant to support a client portfolio of multiple properties. You will assist in analysis and monthly financial statement preparation, ensure accurate cash receipts, A/P, and timely remittance of payments such as utilities, taxes, and mortgages.
Requires knowledge of commercial leases and Yardi, with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines for multiple properties and collaborate with property managers and staff.
Accountant
Dedicated to one client’s portfolio of multiple properties with numerous tenants, this position’s responsibilities include assisting in analysis and preparation of monthly financial statements, accurate application of cash receipts and accounts payable, as well as timely remittance of critical payments such as utilities, taxes and mortgages. Must have a thorough knowledge of commercial leases and Yardi software. The candidate must be able to work independently to meet strict deadlines for multiple properties. Must be able to work efficiently with multiple property managers and other personnel.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 55,355.40 - $65,124.00
