Job summary

YOSO Recruiting is seeking an experienced accountant to support month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations. The role requires 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and familiarity with multi-company record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex bank reconciliations.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations across entities.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the month-end close process by preparing journal entries
• and managing various asset and liability reconciliations
• Review balance sheet and income statement variances
• Process check requests, expense reports and personal reimbursements
• Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure compliance with company policy
• Ability to complete complex bank reconciliations
• Oversee multiple entities and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Assist with annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Assist management with implementing and monitoring compliance with internal controls
• Assist with external and internal audit requests, including quarterly reviews and the year-end audit
• Support special projects and implementations aimed at improving operational efficiencies

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in health care industry is strongly preferred
• Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Experience with multi companies record keeping

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
