Boys Town is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to support the organization's financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining financial reports, reconciling accounts, analyzing transactions, assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments. Responsibilities may include general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, financial analysis, budget support, audit preparation, and process improvement initiatives.
