Father Flanagan's Boys' Home in Omaha, NE seeks a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and IT, documenting requirements, defining scope, and shaping cloud-based web apps, APIs, and data collection practices.
You will work with stakeholders, model processes, and guide Agile teams, traveling to other Boys Town sites as needed, ensuring solutions align with our mission.
As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will be working with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection and analyze current processes to determine areas of improvement to achieve the desired outcome. This position also documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. The individual should be proficient with gathering requirements for web applications built with cloud-based platforms, responsive design and APIs, diagramming processes and workflows, JIRA, Confluence, Visio and MS Office Suite, MS Dynamics 365, solid communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment and travel to other Boys Town sites.
