Fulton County Sheriff's Office is seeking an Investigations Deputy to support the Accountability Court program and protect life and property in Fulton County, Georgia. You will work with a team to ensure participant safety, facilitate court planning, and uphold program integrity.

The role requires POST certification, a valid GA Driver's License, and adherence to county policies, with duties ranging from transport to court, field testing, and interagency coordination.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; supplemented by two (2) years of law enforcement and investigations experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must currently possess and maintain Georgia POST certification. Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in required annual training and conferences to support Accountability Court’s mission.
• Provide information to team about participant fitness to participate and assist in court planning.
• Execute bench warrants and serve court orders on participants within 5 days of receipt.
• Provide transportation for program participants to and from Fulton County Jail and Accountability Court as needed.
• Act as liaison between Accountability Court and other agencies to gather information and educate on program importance.
• Conduct field breathalyzer and drug testing and collect specimens as required.
