Magnit in Memphis, TN seeks a detail-oriented professional to support the Account Transfers team. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving transfer requests, contacting contra firms, verifying documents, and maintaining accurate records to meet regulatory timelines.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of administrative or client services experience, familiarity with banking or financial services, and strong data entry and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or client services experience in a professional office.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience processing documents and document management.
• Data entry skills with high speed and accuracy (≥6000 KPH at 85%+).
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers, proactive problem solving, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve client transfer requests to/from contra firms.
• Routinely call contra firms to check transfer status.
• Verify all documents accompanying client-signed forms.
• Scrutinize transfer forms and letters of authorization.
• Maintain detailed records to meet regulatory timeframes.
• Reconcile client accounts accurately.
• Create and distribute client correspondence.
• Assist management to improve department productivity via meetings and training.
• Answer mail, phone, and email inquiries with professional service.
