ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

• Essential job responsibilities:
• Interacts professionally and timely in support of Commercial Lines Service Teams via AMS, email, Teams, phone, and in-person
• Ability to perform functions of the role within an IMA office at least 4 days per week
• Monitors and prioritizes workload, taking into consideration deadlines and special instructions with strong attention to detail
• Assists Service Teams by completing tasks and activities assigned through Epic directly linked to client-facing work products in the Center of Excellence. Help cover Service Team Desks during sabbaticals and extended leaves.
• Auto ID Cards, Premium & Loss Summary Creation and Population, Endorsement Processing and Invoicing, Experience Mod/Risk Snapshot Ordering, MVR’s, Policy Quick Checks, Population of Individual Loss Run Data, Renewal Applications, Premium Allocations, and Audits
• Performs special projects as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:

• Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred
• Strong computer proficiency required
• Experience with MS Office Suite required (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Experience with Epic preferred
• Attains and maintains professional designation or license
• Limited travel required (less than 25%)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Salary Range: $42,000 USD - $45,000 USD
