Position: Account Supervisor, PR

We work with luxury hotels & resorts, Michelin-Star restaurants, culinary brands, and real estate developments. We are seeking a talented Account Supervisor, PR at our Los Angeles location. Duties & Requirements

1. Have a BA/BS degree in communications or journalism and 5-8+ years of PR/related experience, preferably with direct culinary, hospitality, and lifestyle client background.
2. Lead strategy, development, and implementation of client PR programs.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships; provide regular strategic counsel.
4. Supervise account teams and lead day-to-day account activities.
5. Monitor program timetable and client budgets for maximum efficiency.
6. Oversee agency output to ensure quality control and client ROI.
7. Provide creative input and direction, including developing innovative story angles, promotions, partnerships, activations, press materials, and leveraging social media in PR programs.
8. Identify and develop opportunities for cross-agency media pitches and elevate work.
9. Create and seize opportunities for organic growth and selling projects to PR clients.
10. Participate in new business proposals, including leading content development and presentations.
11. Identify opportunities and present solutions to optimize agency practices.
12. Demonstrate advanced writing and editing skills.
13. Establish and maintain high-level media contacts; oversee strategic media pitching.
14. Understand clients’ business landscape, challenges, and opportunities.
15. Stay updated on consumer and social media trends and leverage them.
16. Supervise and mentor junior/mid-level team members.
17. A good sense of humor and a love for culinary and hospitality industries are a must!

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 + BONUS
