Job summary

Yes& Holdings, LLC is seeking an Account Supervisor to act as the hub of our agency team and the front-line relationship-builder for high-profile clients. You will develop, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing-related account management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading internal creative, digital, and strategic communications teams, as well as external vendors and freelancers.
• US citizenship and ability to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance.

• Manage every aspect of our agency team contributions including on-staff and contract artists, designers, programmers, editors, writers, and others
• Create specifications, budgets, work plans, timelines, and resource allocation models for client assignments
• Lead the process developing creative concepts, content, strategic plans, campaigns and other production elements
• Interface with clients for creative proposals and liaison meetings. Manage project budgets and financial reporting
• Set a tone for the team that inspires people to do their best work

What you will do:

Experience You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in advertising, communications, marketing, business or other related field
• Fluency with the processes, language, and technology of related to integrated marketing campaigns -- creative development and production (across every channel), paid media, strategy, research and measurement/tracking
• 7+ years of experience in marketing-related Account Management. Strong preference for agency experience.
• Ability to juggle, managing multiple complex deliverables, projects and accounts at the same time
• Superior communication, writing, research, and oral presentation skills
• Experience with managing internal creative, digital, and strategic communications teams, as well as external vendors and freelance consultants
• Proficiency with Google Suite products and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance
