INNOCEAN USA in Huntington Beach is seeking an Account Supervisor on a freelance basis to lead the General Accounts team for Uneekor, a golf launch monitor and simulator brand. The role requires strong relationship management, agency workflow leadership, and collaboration with media teams.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of account management experience in an advertising setting, a strategic mindset, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Account Management experience at an advertising agency or on the client side.
• Media experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of golf is preferred.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Ability to time manage, meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Comfortable presenting and communicating with client and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments within the client's business.
• Provide agency coverage and client support at experiential events.
• Organize project timelines, budgets and team workflow delegation with Project Management Team.
• Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery, production and strategy.
• Manage finance process on the agency and client side, including billing and job tracking.
• Facilitate internal creative development, including kick-offs, briefs, meeting facilitation, client feedback, product & legal reviews.
• Coordinate with production and Finance teams to vet all production projects.
• Maintain project status documents and check-ins to gauge progress.
• Interface with Business Affairs to ensure vet all content licensing.
• Represent the team to clients, partners and within INNOCEAN.

The team includes Brand Management, Creative, Social Media management, Media, Production and Experiential.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Supervisor will manage the day-to-day business on Uneekor, a popular brand of golf launch monitors and simulator systems.The Account Management team will be an extension of our client’s team, and relationship management and rising to the occasion are important. The Supervisor should be a proactive thought leader with great relationship and management skills, and in-depth knowledge of agency processes.This role requires working closely with clients and providing education and onboarding where needed, as well as collaboration with teams, mainly media.The Supervisor will run day-to-day projects autonomously, knowing when to uplevel as needed.
