INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency based in Huntington Beach, CA, seeks an Account Supervisor (Freelance) to join the General Accounts team on a hybrid, three-days-in-office schedule. The role demands strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and collaboration with media and production teams.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in account management within an ad agency or on the client side, experience with media, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of account management experience at an advertising agency or on the client side.
• Media experience is highly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and client-facing communication.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Proactive thinker, strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel moderately.

Responsabilités

• Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of clients and departments within the client’s business.
• Provide agency coverage and client support at experiential events.
• Organize project timelines, budgets and team workflow with Project Management.
• Interface with marketing partners to deliver content and strategy.
• Manage finance processes including billing and job tracking.
• Facilitate internal creative development with briefs and reviews.
• Coordinate with production and client’s finance teams to vet projects.
• Maintain project status documents and regular check-ins.
• Interface with Business Affairs to vet content licensing.
• Represent the team to clients, partners, and within INNOCEAN.

We partner with cross-functional teams to develop disruptive ideas at all points of the customer journey. The team includes Brand Management, Creative, Social Media management, Media, Production and Experiential. **POSITION OVERVIEW**The Supervisor will manage the day-to-day business on Uneekor, a popular brand of golf launch monitors and simulator systems.The Account Management team will be an extension of our client’s team, and relationship management and rising to the occasion are important. The Supervisor should be a proactive thought leader with great relationship and management skills, and in-depth knowledge of agency processes.This role requires working closely with clients and providing education and onboarding where needed, as well as collaboration with teams, mainly media.The Supervisor will run day-to-day projects autonomously, knowing when to uplevel as needed. This position will report to the VP, Group Account Director. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments within client's business* Provide agency coverage and client support at Experiential events* Organize project timelines, budgets and team workflow delegation with Project Management Team* Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery, production and strategy* Manage finance process on the agency and client side, including billing and job tracking* Facilitate internal creative development, including kick-offs, working with strategist on briefs, meeting facilitation, client feedback, product & legal reviews* Coordinate with IUS Production and Client’s Finance team to vet all production projects* Maintain project status documents and hold check-ins to gauge progress* Interface with Business affairs to ensure vet all content licensing* Enthusiastically represent the team to clients, partners and within INNOCEAN**QUALIFICATIONS*** 6+ years of Account Management experience at an advertising agency or in combination with client side* Media experience is highly preferred* Strong understanding of and passion for golf is preferred* Ability to think strategically* Ability to time manage, meet deadlines and multi-task* Comfortable presenting and communicating with client and internal teams* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence, and sense of ownership* Proactive thinker, communicator, and problem-solver* Knowledgeable in MS software (Word, Power Point, and Excel), Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc)* Moderate travel is required**BENEFITS*** Access to our health benefits* Paid sick days* On-site Barista* Beautiful campus across from the Pacific Ocean**Salary range**: $90,000 to $115,000.
