Account Supervisor, Brand Consulting – Overview

This role sits on Elevate’s Brand Consulting team. The Brand Consulting vertical for Elevate focuses on consultative services and building platforms/programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing with domestic and international brands. The individual must thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, be eager to take on new challenges and opportunities, as well as transition across many different functions and clients based on the needs of the business.

The Account Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day brand management related to our roster of clients and will be primarily responsible for project & hospitality management, activation ideation & execution and asset management, in addition to research & insights and overall activation and sponsorship strategy. They will work directly with multiple clients and their agency network and report to the Vice President, Brand.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated sponsorship and marketing campaigns across multiple clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client and agency leads to ensure continued collaboration throughout all stages of program development and execution.
  • Produce high-quality presentation materials including activation plans, athlete/influencer profiles, event/hospitality scenarios, hospitality gifting plans, and recap reports.
  • Collaborate with the Insights Team on Athlete/Influencer identification/recommendations that align with overall campaign strategy.
  • Lead hospitality planning and execution for a key client around the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, including venue and event selection, guest experience, travel logistics, and on-site operations.
  • Manage end-to-end activation efforts including event execution and on-site talent management (athletes, influencers, VIPs).
  • Maintain accurate project budgets and ensure timely reconciliation aligned with client objectives and agency financial goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s industry, products, brand priorities and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor relevant cultural, industry, and competitive trends; report insights that may impact client strategy.
  • Maintain key account management tools including trackers, status reports, weekly agendas, and internal documentation.

  • Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (agency or sports experience preferred)
  • Experience supporting Olympic/Paralympic sponsor programs is highly preferred
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • A curious mindset with strong work ethic
  • Knowledge and experience with Olympic/Paralympic Games (Properties, Sponsors, Agency, etc.), specifically hospitality programs is a plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple work streams to execute programs
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple partners and programs
  • Strong understanding of the digital and social landscape including but not limited to audience insights, trends and analytics, previous experience working with athletes/influencers is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to present ideas, activation plans, and recap results
  • Real-time industry knowledge and relationships in sports + entertainment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) skills Excel
